Minor Updates to High Tide

After some feedback, I decided to change some settings to make things easier to get through. It's more important to me that people get through this short game without dying too much.
- Altered life bar stats, increasing number of hits the player can take before respawning
- Changed the boss fight a little to allow the life bar to be displayed (that particular scene was already at it's sprite-limit and wouldn't allow for the life bar to be displayed).
